    I ordered Yeti cups from them and have not received them yet. Poor customer service. They say it is resolved, but I still haven't got my cups. I put one star because that is the only way I could post. :( Very upset!!!!!

    I needed a climbing harness. Not many to choose from but the employee was very friendly and let me try a couple on. I found one I liked. Great to have a store like that locally.

    I bought Yeti cups and never received them. I tried to call, email and even fax. Not one ever got back to me or answered my request. I am not taking further actions. Do not buy from this place. I repeat do not buy. This is a hoex.
